Weight training from 5:30pm-6:15pm in person at the The Toning Mill as well as live stream on Zoom. Zoom link will be emailed on the night before or that morning of the class. We focus on training the body using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. A mat and dumbbells are needed for this class. Very little jumping around (plyometrics) in this class. We will focus primarily on control and form.
These are bootcamp style sessions from 5:30-6:30pm at The Toning Mill. This class focuses on a total body workout using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. There is a good amount of cardio in this class which can range from running or walking to plyometric moves like mountain climbers, burpees, squat jumps, etc. There are always different variations of jumping moves that can be done if you need to limit certain exercise.
These are bootcamp style sessions from 8:00-9:00am at The Toning Mill. Same emphasis as Tuesday's class, but the workout changes each class!
